Wedding Coordination
For Wedding Coordination, once your event date, venue and budget are secured, you can book me. It’s the same price if you hire me 18 months or 6 months before your event. The earlier you book, the less you have to tackle alone – and the more time I have to work my magic.
Strategy Session
Need help wrapping your head around a budget? I can help with that, too! You might not know how much things cost or what a realistic budget is for the event you’re envisioning. That’s where my expertise and Budget Templates come in. A Strategy Session will work perfectly to get those key details dialed in.
Event Planning
For full Event Planning, that budget breakdown process is built into the package rate. You’ll just need an event date and venue to book me. After that, I spring into action and handle everything from budget prep to event design and decor. This is my most popular package, since it’s full service and takes the most off of your plate – regardless of event type.
Custom Graphic Design
Maybe you’re planning a whole wedding yourself and only need someone to design your invitations, get the ceremony program wording just right, and make sure the place cards discreetly let servers know who ordered chicken and who gets the dank butternut squash ravioli. Hourly Creative Support
Or, maybe you just need an extra pair of hands to carefully cut out your hand-painted seating chart illustrations, or assemble the welcome bags with site map and activities schedule and branded shot glass?
